She did it y'all! She completed her taxes. She said it wasn't as hard as she thought it would be and wondered how come grown ups hate it so much *eye roll*, lol.
She filled out her form, printed it to PDF and emailed it to me. I checked them (and corrected 1 thing) and then emailed her back her approved return with the $38 refund that will be deposited in 4-6 weeks.
She's dying over this 4-6 weeks. This is the most fun I've had in ages, except I'm a human "Where's my refund?" tool. Totally worth it though.
I can also report that the promise of next years tax credits seems to be helping (a little bit) in the chores/responsibilities area. I'm calling this experiment a win!
